Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Miala Jewellery.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
